Serve as the first point of contact for client queries related to AuditorsDesk
Provide product training and functional support to users
Assist in software implementation and onboarding at client locations
Collaborate with customer success and implementation teams to ensure client satisfaction
Communicate with professional clients, including CA firms, across global markets
Understand client requirements and support effective product usage
Hands-on experience in a SaaS-based B2B environment
Exposure to audit technology and real-world implementation
