
Conduct outbound and inbound calls to potential and existing clients regarding financial products and loan options.
Assist customers in understanding loan eligibility, documentation requirements, and terms.
Manage end-to-end loan application processing, including verification, coordination with internal teams, and follow-up until disbursement.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and loan application status.
Provide post-disbursement support and ensure timely servicing and resolution of client queries.
Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to achieve daily and monthly targets.
Stay updated on financial products, market trends, and compliance requirements.
Bachelor’s degree (Finance or a related field)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of financial products and loan processes (training will be provided).
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in the financial services domain.
