
Position – Growth Marketing Intern Duration – Winter/Summer Internship (Dec 2025 - Feb 2026;May 2026 – July 2026 respectively)
Mode – Onsite We are looking for a Growth Marketing Intern who is analytical, data-driven, and eager to explore the intersection of marketing and technology. The intern will play a key role in supporting our marketing growth initiatives through database management, marketing analytics, and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies using tools like Zoho CRM.
Assist in executing and optimizing growth marketing campaigns.
Analyze marketing data through Zoho and other CRM platforms to identify trends and insights.
Support Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives to drive targeted engagement and lead conversion.
Manage and clean marketing databases to ensure accuracy and relevance.
Prepare periodic reports, dashboards, and performance analytics using Advanced MS Excel.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for campaign tracking, reporting, and strategy alignment.
Draft clear and professional business communications as part of campaign execution and reporting.
Strong proficiency in English with excellent business communication skills.
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts, and data analytics).
Exposure to Zoho CRM or similar marketing tools preferred.
Exposure to no-code tools for implementing automation.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a data-driven approach.
Enthusiastic and self-motivated go-getter with a strong learning attitude.
Candidates from Tier-1 institutions preferred, though any candidate with proven project experience at the UG/PG level will be considered.
Hands-on exposure to growth marketing, no-code tools, CRM tools, and analytics.
