Resume Screening: Evaluate resumes and applications to shortlist candidates based on required skills, experience, and job fit.
Interview Coordination: Schedule and organize interviews by closely collaborating with hiring managers and ensuring candidates are well-informed.
Stakeholder Communication: Maintain timely and professional communication with hiring managers and candidates at every stage of the recruitment process.
Database Management: Update and manage recruitment data, track candidate statuses, and maintain accurate reports for internal review.
Employer Branding: Support initiatives to enhance Solvexis’s visibility and attractiveness as an employer of choice among fresh talent and campus pools.
