
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures specific to the IT department
Provide guidance and support to IT management and employees regarding HR issues
Coordinate recruitment efforts for IT positions and manage entire recruitment lifecycle
Work with IT managers to identify training needs and develop training programs
Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to IT employees
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations relevant to IT industry
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR management in an IT setting
Proven ability to develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations applicable to IT industry
Demonstrated experience in recruitment and talent management in an IT environment
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work with people at all levels of an organization
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to analyze complex HR issues and develop effective solutions
