
Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and conducting initial screenings
Coordinate orientation and onboarding programs for new hires
Maintain employee records and update HR databases
Assist with employee relations issues and provide support for conflict resolution
Conduct research on HR best practices and provide recommendations for process improvement
Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
Coordinate training and development programs for employees
Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed
Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented and organized
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Knowledge of HR principles and practices
