
Assist in screening and reviewing resumes and applications for potential candidates
Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit
Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates during the recruitment process
Maintain candidate databases and ensure accurate and up-to-date records
Assist in conducting reference checks and background screenings
Provide administrative support to the HR/IT recruitment team
Attend career fairs and job-related events to promote the company and attract potential candidates
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Proficient in MS Office Suite and internet research
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
