
Overseeing the recruitment and onboarding process for IT positions
Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures specific to the IT department
Collaborating with IT leadership to identify and address staffing needs
Managing performance evaluation and career development processes for IT employees
Providing guidance and support on HR-related matters to IT staff and management
Monitoring and ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations within the IT department
Addressing employee relations issues and conducting investigations as necessary
Facilitating training and development programs for IT staff
Managing and resolving conflicts within the IT team
Contributing to the development and maintenance of a positive and productive work environment within the IT department
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience in HR roles with a focus on the IT industry
Strong understanding of IT job roles and requirements
Excellent knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced IT environment
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Certification in HR management or related field is a plus
