Marketing Executive

Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to promote produce retail and processed foods under our label. - Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive products, and customer needs in the domestic retail and export sector.

Collaborate with product development teams to ensure products meet market demands and are effectively positioned in the retail market.

Create and manage marketing budgets for agricultural products and services, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.

Oversee the production of marketing materials such as brochures, advertisements, and promotional items tailored to the VRPF brand.

Coordinate with sales teams to develop sales strategies and promotional activities targeting domestic and export clients.

Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.

Build and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders, including farmers, distributors, and agricultural organizations.

Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and technological advancements to ensure marketing strategies remain relevant and effective in the agricultural retail sector.

Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in marketing, agriculture, or a related field. - Experience in marketing, preferably in the agricultural or agribusiness sector. - Strong understanding of agricultural products, market dynamics, and customer behavior in the agricultural retail industry. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with agricultural clients and stakeholders. - Proficiency in market research and data analysis to drive informed marketing decisions. - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced agricultural marketing environment.
