
A First Line Manager (FLM) / District Manager is responsible for leading and managing a team of Medical Representatives (MRs) within an assigned territory. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, driving prescription generation, coaching the field force, and developing strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, stockists, and key customers.
Key Responsibilities Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Medical Representatives.
Achieve district-wise sales and prescription generation targets.
Monitor daily field activities, doctor coverage, and call effectiveness.
Conduct regular sales reviews and performance evaluations of team members.
Organize CMEs, doctor meetings, and promotional activities in the territory.
Analyze sales trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
Manage stockists, distributors, and product availability in the assigned area.
Recruit, train, and develop new Medical Representatives.
Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and territory plans.
