
Job Overview The Area Sales Manager – Architect & Retail Sales will be responsible for driving sales growth in the Delhi/NCR and Hyderabad regions for the company’s glass mosaics product portfolio. The role focuses on developing strong relationships with architects, interior designers, retail dealers, distributors, and channel partners while ensuring achievement of sales targets and market expansion.
Drive sales growth through architects, interior designers, retail dealers, distributors, and channel partners in the assigned region.
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve assigned revenue targets.
Build and manage a high-performing architect and retail sales team.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, dealers, retailers, and key decision-makers.
Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence through channel development.
Lead negotiations, pricing discussions, and closure of high-value orders.
Coordinate with internal teams (operations, supply chain, and finance) for smooth order execution and collections.
Monitor team performance through regular reviews, field visits, and KPI tracking.
Conduct product presentations, architect meets, dealer meetings, and promotional activities to increase brand visibility.
MBA / Graduate in Business Management, Marketing, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in Architect Sales, Retail Sales, or Channel Sales (preferably in building materials or related industries).
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent negotiation and relationship management abilities.
Strong understanding of the Delhi/NCR and Hyderabad architect, retail, and building materials market.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
