
We are looking for a Associate Media Planner – Performance Marketing to support campaign planning, execution, optimization, and reporting across digital channels. The ideal candidate is data-driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about using analytics to drive campaign performance and business outcomes.
● Assist in planning and executing performance-driven campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
● Support senior media planners in developing media strategies aligned with client goals and budgets.
● Conduct research on target audiences, media trends, and competitor activity to inform media recommendations.
● Set up and manage paid campaigns (Search, Display, Social, Video, etc.) ensuring accuracy in targeting, tracking, and budgeting.
● Monitor campaign performance and optimize for key metrics such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversions.
● A/B test creatives, copy, and audience segments to improve efficiency.
● Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and optimization recommendations.
● Track KPIs, analyze data trends, and assist in deriving actionable insights.
● Ensure accurate attribution and tagging (UTM parameters, pixels, etc.) for all campaigns
● Work closely with creative, strategy, and account management teams to align campaign messaging and objectives.
● Coordinate with media partners, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely campaign delivery
● Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager,
