Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong problem-solving abilities.

Previous customer service experience preferred.
Proficiency in basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
