
Creating and editing programs for CNC machines based on blueprints and engineering drawings
Setting up and operating CNC machines to produce parts according to specifications
Monitoring production processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency
Troubleshooting and resolving issues with CNC programs and machinery
Performing regular maintenance on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance
Collaborating with engineers and other team members to improve processes and products
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree preferred
Proven experience as a CNC programmer or operator in a manufacturing environment
Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints
Strong knowledge of CNC programming languages and software, such as G-code and Mastercam
Ability to perform complex mathematical calculations and measurements
Excellent attention to detail and precision in work
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure
Physical stamina and dexterity to operate CNC machines for extended periods
Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
