Collection Executive

About the Role ITI Finance Limited is looking for a responsible and target-oriented Collection Executive for its Vehicle Finance business. The candidate will be responsible for loan recovery, payment follow-ups, customer coordination, and maintaining a healthy loan portfolio.

Roles & Responsibilities Follow up with customers for pending loan repayments and overdue EMIs.

Manage collection and recovery activities for vehicle finance loans.

Conduct field visits to customers for payment follow-ups.

Maintain regular tracking of overdue accounts and recovery status.

Implement effective collection and recovery strategies.

Maintain low delinquency levels and ensure portfolio quality.

Build professional relationships with customers and resolve payment-related queries.

Prepare daily collection reports and update recovery records.

Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience in collections or loan recovery.

Vehicle Finance or NBFC collection experience will be preferred.

Strong knowledge of collection tracking and recovery techniques.

Good understanding of the local market and assigned area.

Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.

Ability to achieve collection targets and manage overdue accounts.

Willingness to travel for field collection activities.
