Roles & Responsibilities:

About NoBroker Loans NoBroker Loans is a fast-growing arm of NoBroker, India’s largest real estate transaction platform. We aim to simplify the lending process for customers and partners across the country through a robust DSA network and efficient digital processes.

Role Overview We are looking for a Corporate Relationship Manager to manage and nurture relationships with our DSA and channel partners. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls related to partner issues, coordinating with internal teams for resolutions, maintaining detailed records, and conducting market research to understand industry trends and partner dynamics. This position requires strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

Partner Communication: Handle inbound and outbound calls from DSAs/partners to resolve their queries, concerns, and operational issues.

Issue Management: Track, document, and follow up on partner issues in a structured format using Excel/Google Sheets or CRM tools.

Cross-Team Coordination: Work closely with the billing, operations, and product teams to ensure timely resolution of partner concerns.

Market Research: Conduct outbound research calls to DSAs and financial partners to understand market trends, competitor offerings, and evolving business needs. • Data Management: Maintain accurate and updated records of partner interactions, escalations, and feedback.

Reporting: Prepare and share regular reports highlighting partner issues, resolution status, and improvement opportunities.

Relationship Management: Build strong, long-term relationships with key DSAs and partners to drive satisfaction and engagement.

Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in relationship management, customer service, or partner management (preferably in financial services, fintech, or lending).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.

Strong problem-solving ability with a structured and analytical mindset.

Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel and CRM tools.

Ability to multitask and coordinate effectively across teams.

A self-starter with ownership, attention to detail, and a collaborative attitude. Preferred Skills

Experience working with DSAs, NBFCs, or loan processing platforms.

Exposure to billing, reconciliation, or partner payout processes.

Comfort with handling high volumes of partner calls and data.
