Responding to customer queries and complaints, tele calling, maintaining related records and providing necessary assistance to visitors.
Candidates must be graduates, around 25-30 years of age, having some experience in customer care.
They must be smart with excellent communication skills. Fluency in English and Kannada is essential. Malayalam is desirable.
The position will be on contract.
