
Answering customer inquiries regarding products, services, and orders in a timely and professional manner
Providing technical support to customers to troubleshoot issues with products
Collaborating with other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction
Processing orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
Keeping detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
Following up with customers to ensure resolution of issues and satisfaction with the company's products and services
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
Prior experience in customer support or a related field, preferably in a manufacturing environment
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly on your feet
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficiency with customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to empathize with customers and provide high-quality customer service
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
