
Collaborate with sales and solution architects to understand client requirements and tailor DLP/DSPM solutions accordingly.
Deliver technical presentations, product demos, and proof-of-concepts to prospective clients.
Respond to RFPs/RFIs and create technical documentation to support the sales process.
Provide subject matter expertise during client meetings and product evaluations.
Lead and execute the deployment and configuration of DLP and DSPM solutions across diverse environments (cloud, on-prem, hybrid).
Develop and maintain implementation plans, technical designs, and integration strategies.
Work with cross-functional teams (IT, Security, Compliance) to align deployments with business and security requirements.
Ensure smooth onboarding of tools including data discovery, classification, policy creation, and incident response workflows.
Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and tuning of DLP/DSPM systems post-deployment.
Deliver technical training and enablement to client teams.
Act as a liaison between clients and product/support teams to resolve complex issues.
Monitor solution effectiveness and assist with upgrades, patches, and health checks.
