Prepare accurate BOQ, quantity take-offs and cost estimates for facade projects.

Review drawings, specifications and scope to identify material and quantity requirements.

Conduct rate analysis, costing and budget preparation.

Prepare and evaluate tender documents, BOQs and commercial submissions.

Analyze vendor/subcontractor quotations and prepare comparative statements.

Coordinate with design, procurement, planning and site teams for technical and commercial inputs.

Identify cost-effective solutions while maintaining project specifications and quality.

Support estimation revisions, negotiations and timely submission of tenders.
