
Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendars for healthcare providers.
Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members.
Collect and update patient information in the electronic medical records system.
Verify insurance coverage and assist patients with insurance paperwork.
Process payments and handle billing inquiries.
Coordinate communication between patients, healthcare providers, and other staff members.
Experience : Minimum 3 Years
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front office area.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and faxes.
Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Proficiency in using computer systems and electronic medical records.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus.
Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
