Global Account Manager – E-commerce

Manage and grow multiple e-commerce seller accounts across international marketplaces.

Handle end-to-end account management for global markets, including the USA, UK, Canada and other international marketplaces.

Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales, revenue and profitability targets.

Monitor account performance, sales trends, inventory, pricing and overall business health.

Manage and optimize product listings, including titles, bullet points, descriptions, keywords and backend data.

Plan and monitor Amazon PPC and other marketplace advertising campaigns.

Analyze sales and advertising data to identify growth opportunities.

Monitor competitors, market trends and pricing across international markets.

Coordinate with internal teams for inventory, listings, creatives, operations and product launches.

Handle marketplace account health, policy-related issues and seller support cases.

Prepare regular account performance reports and business reviews.

Identify operational issues and ensure timely resolution.

Manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining strong client/account relationships.

Take ownership of account growth, performance and overall marketplace operations.
