Graphic Design

Experience : 3 - 5 years

Create visually engaging and effective designs for marketing and advertising materials

Collaborate with marketing team to understand project objectives and target audience

Design advertisements, brochures, social media graphics, and other promotional materials

Ensure brand consistency across all design projects

Stay up to date on industry trends and design best practices

Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines

Present design concepts to marketing team and incorporate feedback

Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and other design software

Strong portfolio showcasing previous marketing and advertising design work

Excellent attention to detail and organization skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong communication and presentation skills

Knowledge of printing processes and file preparation for print

Experience with web design and digital marketing a plus

Ability to adapt to changing priorities and project requirements
