Hotel Manager

Ensure the smooth operation of all hotel departments.

Oversee day-to-day operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance.

Recruit, train, and supervise hotel staff to ensure high level of customer service.

Stay current with industry trends and implement best practices to improve efficiency.

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.

Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or similar role.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Knowledge of hotel operations and industry regulations.

Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office.

Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Certification in Hotel Management or related field preferred.
