
Role Overview – HR
We are looking for an HR to support the recruitment and HR operations function. The ideal candidate should
be detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn, with an interest in talent acquisition and people processes. This
role will provide hands-on exposure to hiring, coordination, and HR operations within an agency environment.
Key Responsibilities:
● Assist in end-to-end recruitment for various roles (sourcing, screening, coordination).
● Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and internal stakeholders.
● Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers.
● Support in documentation, background verification, and onboarding processes.
● Coordinate with candidates for follow-ups and communication.
● Assist in campus hiring initiatives and data management.
● Support freelancer hiring by calling candidates and lining up interviews.
● Help with HR operations and administrative tasks as required.
