
Note :- First 6 Month will be the training period in which we provide the Stipend
Utilize various channels to source potential candidates for open positions
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Maintain recruitment databases and candidate pipelines
Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to management
Assist with onboarding processes for new hires
Master's degree in Human Resources or related field
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws
Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
