
Develop and implement HR strategies and programs that align with the overall business goals and objectives of the information technology department.
Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process for IT positions, including sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates.
Manage employee relations, including handling conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary actions within the IT department.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including maintaining accurate employee records and documentation.
Develop and administer employee performance management programs, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and career development plans.
Collaborate with IT management to identify training and development needs, and coordinate the delivery of appropriate learning initiatives.
Support the development and maintenance of a positive and inclusive work culture within the IT department.
Serve as a strategic partner to IT department leaders, providing guidance and expertise on HR-related matters.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR, particularly in relation to the IT field.
Monitor and analyze HR metrics and data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations accordingly.
Bachelor's degree in HR management, business administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in an HR managerial role within the information technology industry.
Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures, particularly in relation to recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
Familiarity with labor laws and regulations governing the IT industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with employees at all levels.
Demonstrated ability to think strategically and develop and implement HR programs that drive business results.
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Proactive and self-motivated, with a high level of initiative and the ability to work independently.
Proficiency in HR information systems and other HR-related tools and software.
Professional HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
