Stay up to date on employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance in recruiting practices.
Maintain all recruitment data and records in HRIS system.
Assist with onboarding processes for new hires.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
Proven experience as a recruiter or similar HR role.
Knowledge of recruitment and selection processes.
Familiarity with HRIS systems and applicant tracking software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Understanding of employment laws and regulations.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
Certification in HR or recruitment practices is a plus.
