
Implement and oversee recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates
Manage employee relations, including performance management, training, and development efforts
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws
Administer employee benefits and compensation programs
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases
Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions as needed
Provide HR support and guidance to employees and managers on various HR related issues
Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational goals and initiatives
Stay updated on HR best practices and trends to ensure compliance and continuous improvement
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
3+ years of experience in Human Resources or related field
Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Proficient in HR software and databases
Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to multitask
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
