Roles & Responsibilities:

Job Summary We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential clients, generating leads, explaining company services, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities Reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, and follow-ups.

Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.

Explain company products/services to clients clearly.

Maintain regular communication with existing and prospective customers.

Schedule meetings and coordinate with the field sales team.

Maintain client database and update CRM records.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

Build strong relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Skills Good communication and negotiation skills.

Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling.

Ability to convince and engage clients effectively.

Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer skills.

Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
