Screen, shortlist, and evaluate technical profiles.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
Follow up with clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
Manage offer negotiation and onboarding coordination.
Achieve hiring targets within defined timelines.
2–4 years of experience in IT Recruitment.
✔️ Candidates residing in Noida or nearby locations are preferred.
✔️ Immediate joiners will be given preference.
