
he Sales Executive is responsible for driving membership sales, delivering excellent customer experience, handling walk-ins, conducting gym tours, and achieving monthly revenue targets. The role requires strong communication skills, confidence, and the ability to convert enquiries into successful memberships.
Membership Sales & Revenue Growth Achieve monthly membership sales targets set by the management.
Convert walk-ins, enquiries, and leads into memberships.
Follow sales scripts and maintain strong product knowledge for effective pitching.
Upsell and cross-sell memberships, PT packages, and other gym services.
Lead Management Handle leads from multiple channels: walk-ins, phone calls, online enquiries.
Follow up with all leads through calls, WhatsApp, and messages.
Maintain 100% updated follow-up records in CRM/software.
Gym Tour & Sales Pitch Welcome all visitors and provide a professional gym tour showcasing facilities, services, and benefits.
Identify customer fitness goals and recommend membership plans accordingly.
Handle objections and close sales confidently.
Customer Experience & Front Desk Operations Maintain a positive, energetic and hospitable front desk environment.
Assist members with queries, renewals, issues, and basic operations.
Ensure smooth check-ins and service experience for all members.
Reporting & Documentation Maintain daily sales reports, enquiry logs, and conversion data.
Update the center manager on daily performance, challenges, and plan for improvement.
Ensure all memberships are properly recorded with receipts/contracts.
Collaboration Coordinate with trainers for free trials, assessments, and PT sales collaboration.
Work closely with sales manager to create strategies for walk-in generation and local marketing.
Support the overall sales and operation team during peak hours or campaigns.
