The Sales Executive is responsible for achieving vehicle sales targets by generating leads, assisting customers throughout the sales process, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction while representing the TVS brand professionally.

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets assigned by the dealership.

Generate leads through walk-ins, referrals, field visits, digital inquiries, and telecalling.

Conduct customer follow-ups to convert inquiries into sales.

Participate in outdoor sales activities, promotional events, and roadshows to increase brand awareness.

Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.

Welcome customers and understand their vehicle requirements.

Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, financing options, and promotional offers.

Arrange and conduct test rides for prospective customers.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Resolve customer queries and coordinate with relevant departments for timely support.
