Roles & Responsibilities:

About the Role PNB Cards & Services Limited (PNBCSL) is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive for Home Loan and Loan Against Property (LAP) business. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing new business, generating leads, maintaining relationships with customers and channel partners, and achieving sales targets in the assigned area.

Key Responsibilities

Source and generate business for Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP) products.

Identify potential customers through field visits, referrals, open market sourcing, and channel partners.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, DSAs, connectors, builders, and other business associates.

Explain product features, eligibility, documentation requirements, and loan process to customers.

Guide customers through the loan application process and ensure proper documentation.

Coordinate with credit, operations, and processing teams for smooth loan sanction and disbursement.

Ensure achievement of monthly sales and disbursement targets.

Maintain regular follow-up with prospective and existing customers for business conversion.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify business opportunities.

Ensure compliance with company policies, KYC norms, and process guidelines.

Prepare daily sales reports, lead status reports, and performance updates.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.

Experience: Candidates with experience in Home Loan / LAP / Mortgage / Banking / NBFC sales will be preferred.

Freshers with strong sales aptitude may also be considered, depending on business requirements.

Desired Skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong sales and negotiation ability.

Knowledge of Home Loan and LAP products/process will be an added advantage.

Ability to work in the field and achieve business targets.

Customer-focused and relationship-building approach.

Basic knowledge of documentation and banking/financial products.

Self-motivated, energetic, and target-driven personality.

Graduate candidate with a flair for sales and business development.

Prior experience in Home Loan / LAP / secured lending sales will be preferred.
