Roles & Responsibilities:

Developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue goals

Identifying business development opportunities and sales leads in the IT sector

Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to promote repeat business

Conducting market research to identify industry trends and opportunities

Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success

Negotiating contracts and closing deals with clients

Preparing sales reports and presenting findings to management

Attending conferences, trade shows, and other industry events to network and generate leads

Staying up-to-date with industry news and advancements to inform sales strategies

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, Sales or related field

1+ years of experience in sales and business development within the IT industry

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Knowledge of IT industry trends and practices

Willingness to travel as needed for conferences and client meetings.
