 Have a thorough understanding of the real-estate projects  Effectively communicate with the clients and understand their requirement  Suggest the appropriate project as per the needs of the client and guide them about the entire process of sale  Brief the project details to the clients and go for site visit to provide a better physical understanding of the location, dimensions and amenities  Follow-up with prospect clients and maintain a healthy relationship  Demonstrate strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals  Should meet targets and objectives with respect to assigned work
