Role Description-
This is a full-time on-site role for a SaaS Sales Executive / IT Sales Executive based in Noida. The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete sales cycle, from qualified leads to closure, for our software solutions. The role involves driving IT SaaS solution sales, and building client relationships. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, creating sales strategies, conducting client meetings, and ensuring customer satisfaction to foster ongoing partnerships.
The role includes handling client interactions, conducting product demos, and selling:
CRM solutions
Digital marketing services
AI-powered websites
Key Responsibilities-
Handle leads generated through marketing campaigns, website inquiries, and digital platforms such as Meta and Google
Respond quickly to incoming leads and schedule product demos
Understand client requirements and present suitable solutions Product Demonstration
Conduct online product demonstrations and presentations
Clearly explain product features, benefits, and business value
Address client queries and objections effectively Sales Conversion
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead to closure
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects
Convert qualified leads into long-term clients Pipeline & CRM Management
Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activities in CRM software.
Track opportunities, sales pipeline, and forecast revenue Client Relationship Management
Build strong relationships with travel agents, tour operators, and travel companies
Provide support during onboarding and initial product adoption
Experience And Qualifications-
Proficiency in IT Sales and experience with SaaS solutions
1–4 years of experience in SaaS / IT / Software Sales
Strong experience in client handling, product demo, and deal closure
Ability to understand and explain technical products (CRM, SaaS tools, digital solutions)
Exceptional Communication skills with the ability to engage with clients effectively
Proven ability to meet sales targets and strong negotiation skills
Customer-focused approach with problem-solving capabilities
Experience in B2B sales is mandatory
Experience in travel industry / travel tech is a plus
Prior experience in SaaS or IT sales or working with travel technology products is advantageous
