Senior Sales Engineer

Drive sales for Industrial Automation solutions: PLC, HMI, SCADA, Servo Motion, Vision Systems, VFDs &

 Develop business with OEMs, Machine Builders, Integrators & End Users.

 Meet customers, understand applications, and propose the right automation solution.

 Prepare techno-commercial offers, BOQs & solution proposals.

 Manage the complete sales cycle: enquiry → proposal → negotiation → order.

 Build strong customer relationships across Pharma, FMCG & other industries.

 Coordinate with technical teams for solution design and project delivery.

 Track market trends, competition and identify new opportunities.

 Strong technical knowledge of Industrial Automation systems.

 Experience in OEM-based solution selling.

 Exposure to Pharma & FMCG + ability to sell in other sectors.

 Good communication, negotiation & presentation skills.

 Ability to read and understand electrical/automation schematics.
