
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and engage in conversations to promote products/services.
Identify customer needs and provide accurate information about the products/services offered.
Answer customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide appropriate solutions.
Generate and qualify leads through cold calling and maintain a database of potential customers.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and objectives.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions, including feedback and follow-up actions.
Keep abreast of product knowledge, industry trends, and competitors' offerings.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve collective goals.
Stay updated on sales techniques and attend sales training programs as required.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions.
Proven experience as a telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role.
Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to build rapport over the phone.
Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
Ability to work effectively in a target-driven environment.
Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software) and telephone systems.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
A positive and customer-centric attitude.
High school diploma or equivalent. Additional qualifications in sales or marketing will be a plus.
