
Role Overview We are hiring a Tele-calling Executive to support our business development and sales initiatives.
This role involves engaging with potential customers over the phone, explaining property options, and scheduling client meetings with the sales team. If you have a persuasive voice, a client first attitude, and a drive to grow in the real estate space, this is the opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities Lead Generation: Make outbound calls to prospective buyers, explain property offerings, and gauge interest.
Client Engagement: Build rapport with clients, answer basic property-related queries, and direct them to the appropriate sales representative.
Follow-ups: Regularly follow up with leads to convert interest into site visits or appointments.
Data Management: Maintain an accurate record of calls, responses, and scheduled meetings using internal CRM systems.
Coordination: Coordinate with the sales team for seamless client handover and support backend sales functions.
Market Awareness: Stay informed about current projects, localities, and property pricing to provide correct information to callers.
Desired Candidate Profile Minimum 1 year of experience in tele-calling, preferably in real estate or a sales driven role Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi & English Confident, polite, and professional phone etiquette Ability to handle rejection positively and stay motivated Basic knowledge of real estate is a plus Familiarity with using CRM or Excel-based databases
