Proven experience as a telecaller or sales representative in the manufacturing, supply chain, or logistics industry.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.
Knowledge of CRM systems and sales processes.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or marketing is a plus.
