Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming and outgoing client communication professionally
Connect with prospective clients and understand their requirements
Identify and manage potential leads through regular coordination
Schedule meetings, property visits, and client discussions
Maintain lead records and update CRM systems regularly
Share project and property information with clients
Build and maintain professional client relationships
Coordinate with internal sales and operations teams
Ensure timely resolution of client requests and communication
Requirements
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
Confident and professional communication abilities
Good coordination and relationship management skills
Basic understanding of CRM tools, Excel, Email, and Google Sheets
Positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple client interactions efficiently
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in telecalling, CRM operations, customer relations, sales support, or client coordination preferred
Candidates with experience in international customer service or corporate client-facing roles will be preferred
Experience in the real estate sector is an advantage
Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply
