Key Responsibilities
Call customers and explain financial products Promote insurance, credit card, and loan products over phone Generate sales and achieve monthly targets Maintain good customer interaction and follow-up Handle customer queries professionally
Required Skills
Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English Strong convincing and negotiation skills Comfortable with sales and target-based work Ability to speak confidently with customers
Preferred Candidates
Candidates with BPO / telesales / telecalling experience preferred Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome
