Keep detailed records of client interactions and update client information in the database

Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets

Proven experience as a telemarketer or sales representative

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Ability to provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients

Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a plus
