
Objective of present work is to describe how 360 Degree method of performance appraisal impacts the overall performance rating, retention, and growth of the employees in the organization. Can organization solely rely of 360-degree methods of performance appraisal, or it can be just considered as a part of the performance appraisal method.
Scope of the project also revolves on understanding to find out the factors which influence the performance of employees, rating systems, role of 360 degree in the appraisal system, setting up goals between managers and the team-members through MBO, limitations of 360 degree method of performance appraisal, traditional vs modern methods of performance appraisals and understanding the broader concept of performance management vs performance appraisals.
Designing Questionnaire – Feedback forms – Structured interviews for understanding the challenges in 360-degree feedback, advantages, overall employee experience of employees on 360-degree feedback and has it helped in the overall performance, retention and growth of the employees (vertical growth) in the organization.
Using tools like Google forms /MS forms / Survey Monkey to design survey or questionnaire for receiving feedback from the target audience on the above-mentioned areas.
The researcher also must complete the report at the end of the project.
And finally, should present the project in a group presentation to mentor on the research and findings.
