Project Tasks:
Conduct a literature review on the importance and best practices of conducting exit interviews in organizations.
Design an interview questionnaire to be used in exit interviews with departing employees at XYZ company.
Interview a sample of departing employees to gather data on their reasons for leaving and feedback on their overall employee experience.
Analyze the data collected from the exit interviews to identify common trends and insights.
Provide recommendations for improving the exit interview process at XYZ company based on the findings of the study.
