
The project ensures the quality and timely services given to the patient In OPD and IPD. It helps monitoring the TAT in every step so as to minimize the patient waiting time and improve the patient experience in each area.
This project defines the knowledge and skills of the front desk staff, floor coordinator and the administrator due to which we can minimize the waiting time for the patient and improve the quality parameters.
A survey is done for around a week to see the current process flow of the OPD and IPD patient. Feedback from the patient is taken so as to check on how and when the services are delivered to the patient. Also the staffs are asked questions based on the Departmental SOPs, to check on the knowledge about the process and work designated to them.
Sample size of minimum 70 files to be taken.
Time to analyze the current process Is 4-5 days including the questionnaire to be asked based on the SOPs of the department and feedback rounds of the patient.
Keeping the Admission TAT as 15 mins and Discharge TAT as 30mins students need to evaluate the TAT depending on the current process of the hospital.
TAT for file submission in MRD shall be taken as 48Hrs.
