
The objective of the project is to develop a customer support chatbot powered by AI, capable of responding to routine customer inquiries and directing complex problems to human agents. The project has been conceived due to the high demand for efficient customer service support that can at least work round the clock and handle hundreds of simple inquiries without much human effort. The members involved in this AI development project will essentially be the customer support department, the AI development team, and the IT infrastructure team. Its use is supposed to lead to improved customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
