Project Objectives:

Week 7-8: Testing & Refinement

Conduct user testing and refine chatbot accuracy.

Improve response handling based on feedback.

Week 9-10: Security & Deployment Planning

Ensure secure handling of IT queries.

Deploy chatbot in a test environment.

Week 11-12: Documentation & Final Presentation
