Basic commercial working of physical commodity trading business.
Project Tasks:
The students will be required to undertake:
Study of major international trading hubs and chart their emergence.
Presence of financial and logistical infrastructure to aid the growth of commodity business
Facilities and incentives provided by each of the hubs for attracting global businesses and entities.
Prepare cost sheets & estimates of executing commodity trades through each of these hubs & compare with other smaller hubs.
Briefly track the growth and development of emerging commodity hubs and challenges posed by them.
